  We have viewed the past 6 reviews and wish to confirm that we have carried out a full investigation of each and every one of the reviews. We would firstly like to say how sorry we are that you have been dissatisfied with the experience at our practice, but would also like to inform all the readers of the reviews that in almost every one of these cases, there have either been events of verbal abuse against our staff, during conversations or decisions made by our practice to unfortunately ask the respective patients to attend another practice on account of their behaviour, repeated failure to arrive for appointments on many occasions or on account of our fees not being paid as requested. In one instance, the patient has hung up on our receptionist when asked for payment for our fees, and then posted a negative review for unknown reason. In one instance regarding the supposed "bodge job," we can confirm that the dentist is no longer with our practice. It is sad to see that patients decide to mislead other potential patients from receiving care, purely on account of us reaching a decision to end our professional relationship with them due to the way they have behaved with our practice and or staff.Our staff deserve to be respected as much as we respect our patients. Our clinicians have a combined clinical experience of over 38 years. Our practice is an NHS, Dental Plan and Private Practice, and we are indeed entitled to charge private fees subject to the regulatory guidance of the NHS being considered for NHS patients only. All other patients are charged at our private scale of fees. We always discuss all options with patients, and patients then choose if they wish to proceed with treatment or not once they receive a written treatment plan. We cannot understand how another dentist would comment on a clinical decision made by another, as each dentist has his/her own clinical decision to make based on the clinical findings and information shared by the patient at the time of consultation. We love children and therefore always seek to protect them. Procedures are carried out at the dentists' discretion in the safety of all. All treatments are available under the NHS except Cosmetic dentistry, Elective dentistry, or any treatment stipulated by the NHS regulations as not clinically required to Prevent oral health deterioration or secure oral health. We always abide by all the current clinical guidance, and we are sorry that this sometimes takes time in surgery to complete. We would like to wish everyone the very best for their dental health.
